Scottish scientists have made an unexpected discovery: it appears, fried or stewed vegetables bad for your teeth. As it turned out, so processed vegetables have high levels of dental enamel-eating acids. According to scientists, the most dangerous teeth are grilled eggplant, zucchini and sweet peppers.

The experiments showed that fried or stewed vegetables destroys the acid calcium salts, which contain the teeth, and thus begins to eventually destroy tooth enamel causing tooth decay.

Please note that among the aggresive, negative factors in the tooth acting fall other factors such as temperature changes (especially when the hot liquid in your mouth changes the cold and vice versa), nut shelling or opening bottles with teeth.
